Simple Question.....Do you have a user created with the same account for the Client side? Agents and Clients are treated separately, so if you created an Agent, they wouldn't automatically be able to log in to the client side.

No, We have separated client and agent. also registered client using backend LDAP, Even we could not login to OSTICKET

That’s the osTicket logs not the AD logs. What you provided isn’t helpful as this can happen regardless of using ldap.

Pretty sure this is wrong.

This is saying search for 'users' in the user object 'sysadmin'.
Change this to CN=Users,DC=(your domain),DC=in

It helps if you think of this as a directory tree.
The drive [domain] is: ,DC=(your domain),DC=in
then go to folder CN=Users
