LDAP authentication issue

Hi, I am using osticket and my osTicket (v1.18.2),
Am able to login using LDAP authentication in SCP page, but unable to login in client page.
Please help me to identify the issue. I have used search base correctly.

Default Domain:: server name
DNS Servers:: IP address
LDAP servers: IP address
Searchuser: Domain\admin
Search base: CN=admin,CN=Users,DC=ABCD,DC=in

You need to provide more information. Screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, can you see an attempt in AD logs when a user logs in?

I have enclosed the two screen shot for your review pls. About AD log I could not find and same will check.

Simple Question.....Do you have a user created with the same account for the Client side? Agents and Clients are treated separately, so if you created an Agent, they wouldn't automatically be able to log in to the client side.
