So this happened about a week ago, we were no longer receiving mails within the ticket system.
We tried everything: Ran the cron job, restarted the webserver, resetup the cronjob, new client secret, resetup the oauth plugin with the updated version, in the end we had to recreate the mailbox user from Office 365 in order for it to sync through again.
It started again today, not sure what the cause is that we are no longer able to pull the mails. We can still however send out via the email address.
Please help.
EDIT: We use Office 365 and the server is hosted using Windows IIS, this setup has been working for 6 months almost 7.
