Because your admin configured the helpdesk to require all agents to setup 2FA. You have not setup 2FA so it's telling you that you need to setup 2FA.

Then it sounds like you don't have a system email with SMTP configured to be able to send out mail. You will need an admin to setup a system email with SMTP in order for you to receive the 2FA emails. In the meantime the admin can disable the requirement for agents to setup 2FA so you can at least log in.

Disculpa si desde el inicio de mi instalación de Osticket puse el hostname del SMTP mal y no me permite continuar, existe una manera de salirme de esta pantalla sin configurar la 2FA.
por favor si pudieras orientarme.
