Hi Team,

I recently created a new email address and configured a remote mailbox. Unfortunately, I'm hitting this error message: "Unable to obtain Refresh Token." I followed the same authentication config as other email addresses I created before and did not face this error message. Please assist with how to tackle this issue.

      🤦‍♂️ I mean actually go to the email, click on it, click on Remote Mailbox tab, click Config button, and click IdP Config tab.

      As far as the information used, you did use the Client Secret Value and not the Client Secret ID, right? Also, for the Client ID you used the Application (client) ID and not the Client Secret ID, right?

      When it brings you to MS to authenticate, you are logging in as the email you are configuring in osTicket, right?

      Yup. I use the Application client ID and Client secret value.
      Yes, based on the screenshot, I registered a finance account and authenticated a finance MS account.

        Idk man, something seems off. I can't really say what the issue is without digging deeper into your tenant, setup, etc.

        Have you tried creating a new app registration, reconfiguring the email, and all that?

        Not yet. The funny thing is the existing email addresses are working fine but when I try create a new one, this issue is happening.
