I have to reopen this because the previous was locked without question. Maybe someone else could have replied to help.
Yes i understand I am deviating from the code. I am asking for where that piece of code is if someone can help.

As stated in the previous thread you are always on your own when modifying the codebase as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk.

I closed the previous thread as, again, you are on your own when modifying the codebase. This Forum is not for sharing mods, assisting with mods, etc.

KevinTheJedi Thank you for the reply. I am only asking to gain better understanding also on how the selection happens for the dropdown. Basically i can see the ticket.view.tmpl. but when it gets to the option render options i get lost because its leads to class.forms.php and then i get lost.
