I need to modify the select query for the department selection LOV in the ticket view and ticket (mass transfer) but after spending a lot of time going through the code, i cannot find where the Ajax has the query which selects the department.
Reason is, I wish to allow users to transfer tickets to specific departments, but not let them see their tickets.
The Allow agent to view all departments works but there are departments which i need to hide as the users should not be allow to transfer to those 'third' departments. Can someone please help or advise?
