Hi, we have a fresh installation of OSTICKET. We could configure OAUTH2 Authorization and get a Token.
But if we enable the eMail fetching we got the error "Unable to update this email. Correct any errors below and try again." "Authenticate failed"
Same Issue if we use POP instead of IMAP.
IMAP, POP and SMTP is enabled in our tenant.
There is no 2FA for this eMail account.
It's not a shared mailbox.
We already tried to make this account to an Application Administrator
