When I randomly click on a ticket num, it takes a bit slow to enter the inner page, usually taking more than 5 seconds. Upon checking, it shows that the pjax request has been automatically cancelled. I don't understand why, but all other links are working normally, just click preview ticket

Click on the failed request, click Response, and see if there is a more detailed error.

Oh maybe it’s being cancelled because you clicked on it instead of hover. The preview happens on hover and if you were to click it would cancel the request to load the ticket view request.
As for why it takes a few seconds to load that could be due to a multitude of reasons. You can try disabling email verification, checking the SLA to see if it’s a long ass time it has to calculate, etc.
