Hello, first of all, thank you for the reply.
I have deleted the mail from osticket again and set it up again with no problems, but as soon as I try to move mails to a folder again, it keeps loading until the php execution time limit is reached.
I also tried different names for subfolders, like tickets or test, without any special characters.
There seems to be something broken from using the special characters before.
I found one older forum post that had the same problem. Sadly, the only solution that he found was to reset the whole vm. I would like to avoid that if possible.
