Tickets export only shows the header texts with blank content
No such Apache/PHP error related to the ticket export captured, please. Any other resolution, please?
Check all possible logs; general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.

We we select some ticket headers and export, the csv file is populated with ticket content. Im not so sure whats wrong the other ticket data
Can you provide a step by step (with screen shots) of what you are trying to do.
And what you were expecting to see.
Your first post states that you exported and got no data just headers.
Your last post states that if you select thing to export it works.
So I'm not sure what you are doing differently.
Also what Kevin said, you should look into the error logs (Apache, PHP, and SQL) to find errors and post those.

I saw that we only export title of the ticket and others information but not the content inside the ticket.

- You cannot export messages. You must Print the Ticket to PDF to get thread messages.

Try to drill it down to a specific field/column. I suspect there is an issue with one or more of the columns which crashes the export. You can redo the export enabling one column at a time until you find the culprit(s).

KevinTheJedi so is there any other way to export content in a ticket. cause i want to get issue in ticket and solution agent has provided in the ticket.
For that you need to Print each Ticket to PDF. We do not have a feature to export thread entries to CSV at this time.
