Suddenly the logos are no longer appearing. I didn't change anything.

I tried to insert the logo again but it didn't work.

No errors appear in the logs.

Why did this happen?

    I managed to solve it by returning the files from last week's backup.

    Sorry for anything, I will now just change the file that fixes the MERGE problem.

    Check all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console/Network logs, etc.) for any possible errors.

    No errors shows, in Apache, PHP, Mysql, browser console and Event System Osticket
    How strange everything was fine and I didn't change anything.

      There has to be an error somewhere. You didn’t check the browser network tab when making the request.

      Google Chrome you do right click, click Inspect, click Network, reload the page, and look for the image requests.
