Maybe the subject is not very clear.
Let me explain.
Here you see some actions performed on a ticket, as shown by osTicket
Some actions trigger the sending of an email, but there's no way to see that in the osTicket UI (or maybe I didn't find out how?).
I would definitely like to see email actions added to the trail of actions, with some details (sender, recipients, maybe subject).
I am using osTicket v1.18.1 on premise.
