Normally it opens "OSTICKET-URL/open.php". There is the standard with no form selected.
Can i pre-choose the form somehow that if the user opens as example "OSTICKET-URL/open.php?topic=useraccount / create user account"

I have some specific case where in our intranet has some url to the support system where i'd like to pre choose the correct form.

        KevinTheJedi found a long and a easy solution. topic id in database i can find.

        how abot the other fields like email?
        can i there add some tags that as example mail address is automatically filled with xy@domain.com without login?

            Form fields are randomly hashed so most likely not possible; unless you can guess hashes. 😉
