Good day to everyone, I am looking to implement OsTicket for our company.
Looking to display Different set of Help Topic for Different Department.
Can someone advise me how to go about doing it.

Example:
HR User Login:

  • Employee Onboarding
  • Employee Offboarding
  • Employee Data Change
  • IT Support - Hardware
  • IT Support - Software

Any other user Login:

  • IT Support - Hardware
  • IT Support - Software

    You can only accomplish this at the Agent-level and not the User-level. Users will always see all Public Help Topics. However, with Agents you can disable their Miscellaneous Permission called "Department - Ability to see all Departments". Then you can set a Department for each Help Topic. Then that Agent will only see Help Topics that are a part of their Department or Help Topics that are not attached to any Help Topics.
