please help me as i try to rename the export file that will turn into excel and wouldnt able to rename at as when i try rename and click "Saves Changes" its back to default name.. not name that i just rename.

      You will need to upgrade to v1.18.1 (or v1.17.5) and retest.

        if i upgrade to latest version... does my data in it include ticket that already raised, staff user, client user and custom form will be gone and need to redo?
