I'm new to Osticket:
osTicket Version v1.18.1 (0375576) — Up to date
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Version 8.0.36
PHP Version 8.2.16

I set up the ldap plugin and imported all users.
As I understand until now I can't bypass the activation mail. If I can please let me know.
My question is that LDAP is set up but users still can change password from the profile update page.
Is there a way to disable it or remove it from the screen.
I was able to change the password and login with the new password.

    Is the User's backend value in the _user_account table set to something like ldap.client.pXiX?

    in _User_account table there are only 2 records I don't know if its normal. Backend is null for these 2 records
    In _user_email table all our users (more than 300) are recorded.
