We are facing an issue with certain tickets. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the problem, and the trigger for this bug remains unknown.
Bug description:
When changing a recipient, the validation window greys out, making any clicks impossible.
To regain control, it is necessary to refresh the page. I have attempted this using a different browser, but the issue persists.
I have attached screenshots of the steps taken.
(As you can observe in the last screenshot, it is greyed out.)
Have you encountered this issue before?
Are there any logs that I can check for this?
