Hi, I'm using osTicket, but there's an issue: whenever someone creates a ticket by sending an email to our integrated osTicket system, it generates a ticket using our email address instead of the ticket creator's email address

Create a filter, set the Rules to match criteria of those emails, and set the Action to Use Reply-To Email. Then make sure the user's real email is in the Reply-To header in the incoming email.
