Hi,
Is it possible for a user to track a request made using only the ticket number?
In other words, I will not enter the email, I will only enter the ticket number to monitor the movement and respond on the platform.

No.
To login to osTicket you either need the email and ticket number, or a user account and password.
If you dont care about reading the emails that's fine, but user accounts still have an email address.
The user would need to log in to follow the ticket if you were not sending emails.
This method lacks security. As a user, you can click the link directly through the email to open the corresponding ticket number without entering the email and ticket number. You can imagine that if you only need your ticket number to log in and query, what if your ticket number is used by someone else?
Jsezze If you enable the autologin you can do that, and I'm pretty sure that link only works once.
I don't use it, and don't recommend it.
In what I said you use the email address as the username and the ticket number acts as a password.
It's not particularly secure, but not insecure either as you need two pieces of information to log in.
