please let me know if you can share or advise me on reports modules addon for version 1.18. i used to have scott rowley's report but it doesnt work with the new version anymore.

There are no core plugins that will accomplish this. There are 3rd party plugins but they are not written by, not tested by, not maintained by, and not written by us (osTicket).

I am not aware of any reports plugins or mods that work with contemporary versions of osTicket at this time.
