Osticket v1.18.1
IIS 10.0
MySql 5.5
PHP 8.2
Anybody can help me? why when I access osticket from outside my network, it is too slow to load the page. But when accessing from local, no problem. Osticket page loads as usual.
when I checked, there was an issue that redactor.css could not load.
