Do you have URL Rewrite module installed/enabled for Apache? If not you need to install this and retest.
Cheers.

Yes, I have: RewriteEngine On in .htaccess
KevinTheJedi You may also want to reach out to your host to see if they have any security rules blocking the request.
I have created an incident to my host provider, they will try to find something

That alone is not enough. In your Apache site config you need to add the following:
Unfortunately enabling
AllowOverride All
in .htaccess for Apache is making it even worse - then osTicket is not working at all giving 500 error
Which is described in my host provider documentation (in polish only): https://pomoc.home.pl/baza-wiedzy/jak-dostosowac-plik-htaccess Below translation:
AllowOverride ... in Apache it may result in an error 500. If you find this directive in the .htaccess file, remove it before switching environments.
Not in the .htaccess, in the actual site config. Here is an example:
.htaccess
unfortunately it is not possible to enable AllowOverride All on server level (this is shared hosting server, server as service)
Okay, we will await to see what your host says about the security rules, etc. Many, many people have this working on all different kinds of servers so if the above is not it then it's something else we are just missing/overlooking.
Aha! I do see something that will cause issues. It looks like you changed the "Resource Details Endpoint" in the plugin instance config. You should've left that as default (ie. https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me). Change this back and retest.
