I’d still recommend following these instructions of installing the cURL CA Certificate just to be 100% sure as some Linux distros suffer from the same issue.
I have added php.ini in main osTicket folder
with:
curl.cainfo = "cacert.pem"
in it
and uploaded cacert.pem into the same folder
and restarted PHP
(it is not possible to restart Apache for me - as this is shared service)
After implementing above changes - still no difference, I'm still not logged in.
Also, when you sign in and it brings you to the client portal go to the browser's address bar, manually add /scp/login.php to the end of your URL, and press Enter. What message appears in red in the login box?
After manually changing URL I get:
Authentication Required
