Dear Team ,
I want to get cconfiration if someone update OS ticket version . Please check attached screen shot. I want to upgrade my osticket from version v1.16.1 (b42ddc7) is available to this — v1.16.6.

can you please confirm should i proceed it or i should take some measures before upgrade the verison.
Please guide , I am newbie.

    1.16.x is no longer supported so you would want to upgrade to v1.18 or v1.17.4. First always check the version you are wanting to upgrade to and see if the prerequisites have changed. If so, you’ll need to update the requirements on the server to meet those new prerequisites. Once that’s done make sure you turn the helpdesk offline, disable email fetching, take a full backup of the codebase, take a full backup of your database. Once you have all that you can upgrade directly to v1.1.8 or v1.17.4.

    I am using 1.17 Oauth2. I have updated all the azure values. i setup cron job in webserver. created API.

    But osticket not receiving emails as ticket
