Through existing email we can create or raise a ticket ??

Please anybody give me solution for this error .

please describe your environment. We have onpremise exchange, OSTicket is running on Apache on our own Windows Server and we forward incidents from Zabbix to OSTicket.

We monitor OSTicket with Apache template.

    actually that says nothing to me at all... Where do you host the Apache webserver? Is it Windows Server? Do you host it in your environment? What kind of e-mail server do you use? You can monitor OSTicket webserver using Apache template...

    Then you configure new account with the e-mail address in Zabbix which you want to have tickets forwarded to and then you can specify lets say actions and say what should be forwarded, or you can forward everything, that depends on you...

      actually i'm doing the zabbix monitoring and it is connected to many devices through host , (I want to configure- The devices occur the error or anykind of defect it automatically raise a ticket to osticket) this is my task .
      but it doesn't work .
