I am running osticket v.1.18 under php 8.1 and linux.
whn i try to configure mail fetching from an imap server and try have the fetched emails moved to a folder it always gives me this error: Unable to create Folder

I have INBOX as the mail folder.

osticket does collect new messages from the mailbox.

Then simply login to the mailbox and create the folder before saving in osTicket. Some mailservers do not allow applications to programmatically create folders so you'll just have to do it manually.

what i did is mail folder is INBOX
the folder to which the email will be moved is INBOX.archive

then it works.

but every time yuo edit these info you have to fill in INBOX.archive or else it will fail
