is there any option to disable users to edit their tickets ?

    You can make most fields non-editable to Users via the Field Permissions. Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Forms, click a Form, click Config next to a field, click Settings, then configure the permissions.

    You cannot completely disable edit natively. If you want to accomplish this you must modify the code.
