Hi, I'm noticing certain problems with the tool, since while I'm performing functional tests and so on, it starts to give me problems, like it stops opening tickets correctly, normally it opens them without requesting the email and the ticket number, but when failure starts requesting that data about the ticket, apart from that if you add the ticket data you can't see it again, or also if modifications are made in the interface the changes are not saved and you have to do everything again... I have to be constantly deleting cookies, today I have deleted them at least 4 times and I consider that this would be a bit annoying for when users use it, could you help me?
