It might be contributing to the issues, yes. No, you will not lose progress. The only way to move forward is to use a supported PHP version so we can rule that out.

Yes, of course, in order to make the modifications I had to go to the \osticket\images folders and change the favicon images, including favicon 32x32 and 16x16, followed by going to the \assets\default\ folder images and replace the file poweredby.

Taking into account that not only the file must be modified, but also the dimensions of the file so that they can be seen correctly, the measurements of the files that are already found by default must be taken into account. With that I have managed to solve the problem of changing custom logos in the browser tabs.

Hello, is there any way to hide the url of the ticket id? Hello! To be clearer with what I commented above, I would like to be able to hide or encrypt the url that the tickets give when they send the emails to the users, since currently they appear with an id number that can easily be changed to another number and it works without no problem.

I don't know if in this case I should make some modification in the PHP code and if so, could you help me? I don't have much experience and knowledge with programming.

IDs are completely separate than Ticket Numbers unless you changed the default number format. Also, Agents only have access to Tickets that they have Department Access to, are assigned to directly or their team, or they are referred.
