Hello,
We just setup osTicket and saw that ticket getting generated has the recent time in its Last Updated section in Ticket tab.
We tried to fetch 200 email, which includes previous month email as well. But when osticket generate ticket, it give ticket the current time. Is there any way to have old time of email to the generated ticket.
