Auto-Response emails Automatic email responses are sent only when I'm on ticket page.
When there is no online agent on the ticket page, and a customer sends an email to the ticket address, the customer does not receive an automatic reply. The automatic response is only triggered when an agent returns to the ticket page.
There is only one email address on which emails are received and sent from the same address.
