Anyone have an idea what I can do to make the Ticket due date change on auto assigned SLA?
Due date changes when I change SLA manually but not on SLA changes made by department transfer..

Transferring a ticket does not change an SLA.
You would have to set the SLA, and then Transfer to the new Department.
Or the new Department would have to apply the new SLA when they receive it.
Note: tickets with an expired SLA are still expired even when you change SLA.
But there is an "auto assign" SLA feature that I can set in the department settings, so that a certain department is connected to an SLA.. and my question is if there is a way to make the "due date" change with the SLA when the SLA is automaticly changed with department?
