I just installed the product, and added the operators looking for their user ldap without any problems.
on the other hand, as far as users are concerned, I can’t add them, as doing the search by user ldap (openldap) finds me the user but doesn’t autofill the data to allow me to create the user.
can you help me?

You need to upgrade to v1.17.3, install the latest build of the plugin, and retest. You may also need to remove your customizations if you continue to have the issue.
We can only assist you with vanilla osTicket with no mods.

Hi, it has nothing to do with the theme, the problem is that looking for user to be added as operator is populated by ldap, instead trying to add it as user does not populate the data, from browser console it shows 404 user not found, even if the same user is added as operator.
the issue is also present with the vanilla version.

Please read my response above. You need to upgrade the core version as well as the plugin.
