Hi, could someone help me to find the right lines where I can disable the required fields for the subject or message? They are greyed out in the form. I already looked up some older posts but cant find it. I was looking in the class.ticket.php

You can disable them via each Help Topic. Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Help Topics, click one, click Forms, disable (uncheck the box) the desired Fields, and Save Changes.
