how to set up the corresponding configuration. Only tickets that have been assigned to an agent will be closed. Ideally, this would be one of the functions to close the ticket. If an agent is not assigned, the ticket cannot be closed. pls help

There is no mechanism to achieve this in the ui at this time.
You would have to alter the core files to do something like this.
As with all modifications you are on your own to do this.
