page restart from scratch

hello

i am facing a problem where my clients are creating a ticket and filling all the required fields and after they finish and create the ticket a message appears "unable to create ticket" and the page restart by itself and the clients start filling everything from scratch.

FYI i am using osticket version 1.17, php version 8.0.27

Please do a recursive search before creating a discussion. This has been asked and answered many, many times on this Forum.

First you will need to upgrade to v1.17.2 and then apply the following patches:

KevinTheJedi how can i apply the patches, do you have a guide for it ?

If you use git then you can git apply otherwise you must manually make the changes.
