Thank you for the info i was a bit confused on the process but I went to whm and ran the cron.php in terminal as pictured but nothing happen.. Anything else on what it could be ?

The only thing you did in that screenshot was cd to the api directory and changed the permissions. The image does not show running the command as jeandebogue mentioned. the correct command should be: /path/to/php /path/to/osTicket/api/cron.php

Ahhh thank you so much for that sorry brain fart. I was able to set up a corn job on my server and created an API in osticket from that server. All mail that was stuck from previous days came in right away the automated creation of a ticket email came in. That seemed to do the trick. Only thing now is the emails are coming in Mime Format which are not that readable. I noticed that my Emails/settings/ Does not have a save button. I get this message when I load that page on chrome.

The MIME issue is in relation to using the local Sendmail on the server (ie. you don't have SMTP configured so it's falling back to the local Sendmail to send out mail). There are currently issues with Sendmail, however, you can configure SMTP and use that for outgoing and that will resolve the issue.

Thank you for the very helpful responses. I configured the initial email which was only IMAP I had forgotten to do the SMTP but now when I go to the smtp portion of it and enter all information and hit submit it just says loading and doesn't redirect to the o365 page for me to authenticate like the initial setup. Any idea what that could be >? Appreciate your time and help!!!!

If you are using OAUTH2 for incoming and outgoing on the same email then set SMTP Authentication to use Same as Remote Mailbox.

The system can’t connect to that port via TLS for some reason. Could be anything so you’ll have to debug deeper to see why. However you should be able to use Port 465 as that uses SSL like IMAP/POP3.

Hello,

Need some help here I have recently deleted all emails and started fresh I was able to get a Microsoft oauth token for all three emails successfully problem is when I send email tickets they are not being fetched I log into office 365 and see the emails there but they are not going to the ticketing system. I did get a token and successful setup form the ticketing system for all 3 but when I logged into email portal I noticed I get this error under the login activity any idea what this can be and why its happening this might be causing the ticketing to not fetch but why would dit give me a successful setup?

I don't think that has anything to do with it. You can try reading this first:

If you do what that says and still can’t get emails fetched then you will need to contact your O365 global admin and see what configuration was changed and how to revert it or bypass it.
