The system by default only sends one reminder alert for an overdue ticket. This seems insufficient and I think many people would want to change this to a nightly reminder alert. It would be nice if this feature could be incorporated into osTicket. In the meantime, I have found some custom code and a cron script that make this possible, but I am concerned about upgrading in the future with this custom code. Since this is a feature many would appreciate, I think it should be built in.
