Interestingly enough when I piped the email in it shows just fine.

I used your full raw example just changed the FROM and TO headers.

So maybe the problem is nearby the grabbing from office365?

Other than that I'm stumped as I cannot replicate this. How is the styling added? Is it something custom with your org or just standard styling O365 adds to every outgoing email? I'm just trying to figure out the exact steps you are taking as everything I've tried (including piping in your original message) is working fine for me.

Update: I've also tried to change from php 8.0 to php8.1 - no change.
I've rolled back to 8.0 because LDAP doesn't work with 8.1

Thanks. I've changed the files again and confirmed, that the changes from the preq are on the filesystem.
With the changes it also doesn't work.

If I have some time next month I'll try to install a new osTicket Instance and try it there...
Maybe, there are some bugs durring the past updates.

Good Morning,

I've installed a fresh osTicket Version...
But If I try to setup the oAuth2 for o365 I've got a wrong view:
1) I've choose OAuth2 - Miucrosoft in Editing the Mail-Adresse (Tab remote mailbox)

2) a popup is showing with the main page.. - After I clicked on "config"

You seem to be having AJAX issues, etc. What does your Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information page look like?

I've found the problem - thanks for the hint!!
/ajax.php/ was not set in my nginx config.

I've handled this issue: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/6293
Now it works.

Next problem is, that I redirected to home screen without any error.
I'll check this later or next year 🙂
