I have upgraded osTicket and configured OAuth2 IMAP for this mailbox and it is authenticating and fetching successfully, but when I use the same configuration for SMTP I am getting "Unable to connect via TLS". Any suggestions? Let me know if you need more information from me. Thank you!
What version of TLS is your OpenSSL version serving? If it’s using the old TLS 1.0/1.1 then it probably won’t work as most providers are strict with TLS 1.2.

My OpenSSL is currently only serving TLS 1.2.
Interesting, see on your providers end if you are getting connection attempts. If not, then check your webserver's logs to see if something is failing on the webserver end. Also you can check your PHP error logs to see if any fatal errors are being thrown.

You might also want to take a look at your firewall to see if it's blocking something.
@dylanglass6300 were you able to resolve this issue? Having the same problem here with MS365 Oauth2 IMAP connectivity. SMTP is fine.
