Unable to edit User or add Organization

I've been unable to edit Users or add Organizations in Users > UserDirectory > User by clicking the links in "Name" or "Add Organization".

When clicking the URL changes to something like this:
edit user - mydomain.com/scp/users.php?id=456#users/456/edit
add org - mydomain.com/scp/users.php?id=456#users/456/org

This is being happening for a while now. I've thought that it could be a bug of some sort. But, I've updated to 1.17 today, and the problem remains. Can anyone help?

I've fond the problem. I've had this plugin (Help Desk Audit 0.1) enabled that was not working and was throwing an error in error.log. After disabling it, editing user and adding organization if possible again.
