i install osticket v1.16.3 in my own domain , I try to configure my gmail id in osticket smtp failed,so i already my gmail configured in ubuntu localhost,that osticket smtp configured successfully but i purchase domain try configure imap are configured but smtp fail

    Looks like either Google is blocking the connection or you have a firewall blocking the connection.

      I confirm firewall was not blocking the connection and i try to configure without firewall outside network also.
      but it not configured then what i do?
      Orelse Google is blocking the connection ,how can identify?
