Hi all. I have OSTICKET 1.9. Attached my server info.
The matter is that images and files attached, from my faq entries arent being displayed or cannto be downloaded, and the files downloaded are 0 BYTES.

Images and files from the tickets thread are ok.

Any idea?

If I create a new faq and attach file and insert image it works. This happens with "old" entries.

1.9.x is no longer supported and reached end of life years ago. I do not think that you will get any traction for your issue on such an old version.

That being said it sound like your attachments were deleted.

    ntozier Thanks. Do you know if migrating to the last version is easy? do you know someone who can do that work?

      I haven't personally upgraded from 1.9.x to 1.16.x but I have done a lot of upgrades. They are generally not hard to do, but always make sure you back up everything before you start just in case.
