Hello,

How can i add a translation for custom status? I added the translation in list menu > Ticket statuses
In the que, translation is working but when opening the ticket is not displayed correct anymore.
However the default one (preinstalled) are translated in every menu.

Any thoughts?

I imagine to do this you would go to the list. clck on the name of each item.
Click on Definition.
Click on the world.
Add the language to the item.
add the translation to the item.

If a person has that language as their user/agent set language then they should see the translation,.

    ntozier Thank you for the advice, but this is exactly what i did if you take a look at the second screen shot., and is not working as you can see the result in the 1st screen shot. Any other ideas?

    It could be part of the system that they haven't completed translation support for yet.
