Hi,
I've installed Osticket on our synology station and am trying to fetch the mails.
although a lot of people managed to fetch the mails at least with the autocron job, I can't get it to work.
We've made an separate Spport@company mail account.
we are able to send mails form that account using osticket
The selected folder for reading the mails exist and is reachable. (tested with TELNET, logged in with the support@company user credentials and listed the folders using: ? LIST "" "*"
did i configure something incorrectly?
tried logging off and with different accounts as autocron is triggered only on agend activity.
help much needed since I am fighting with this for like 2 weeks now
Edit: ofc i googled a lot before posting in this forum and it looks like there is no problem wit fetching mails for other synology users, especially with the autocron job
TELNET LIst result:
