Hello, I am having daylight problems with times, the OS system time is OK, Admin System time is OK, Agents times are OK, mySQL and PHP.ini times zones are also OK.
I am not able to find the option about daylight (the checkbox) in the admin system area

    Not sure what check box you are talking about.
    There isn't a daylight saving check box in the product that I am aware of.
