Just upgraded to version 1.10.2 and whenever I try to open a ticket as an agent, I get the popup window asking me to search for an existing user or create a new user. I want to search for a user, but the search does not work and displays nothing. After that I receive multiple system alert emails advising me a database error. I will post the first few e-mails here, but if you need additional e-mails, I will gladly post them. I have altered my personal information.Thank you for any help!
