When I edit a ticket the current Due Date that was saved for the ticket is not being pulled in. The field is showing up blank.Anyone have a fix for this problem?

In my Ticket Details Form I have added a field called "Base" which uses a custom list. I would LOVE to be able to display the value of this field on the Open Tickets list.Can someone help with this, PLEASE!!!!!

I have a custom list called "Base" and I would like to add a column to my Staff ticket list screen to view the value of the Base field for each ticket. I would also like to be able to sort the list on this column.Can someone please help?????
It would be wonderful if a tab was added at the bottom of the ticket view screen that listed all of the attachments for that ticket. I would not have to scroll through the ticket thread to locate them.
It would be nice if on the main ticket page the age of the ticket was displayed in # of days and could be color coded based on different # of days.
I added a Date field to the ticket information form and it is not working. The field shows up when editing the ticket but the information is not being saved or displayed on the ticket screen.
Would be a nice feature to have when you open a ticket there is a list of all the attachments associated with that ticket, instead of having to hunt through the ticket thread.Thanks

I was running 1.6 and found a mod that created a new Tab that listed all of the attachments on a ticket. Does anyone have something like this for 1.8.1.2? Would save time not having to scroll through looking for attachments in the thread.Thanks

I just upgraded from 1.6.5 to 1.7.2 and when going through my tickets I've noticed a lot of my attachments did not get moved over. This there a reason for this? Does the upgrade only move over certain file types?

Has anyone been able to get the Attachments tab working in v1.7.2? I had it working in v1.6 where it would list all of the attachments associated with the ticket but its not working in v1.7.2

When a client submits a new ticket the Due Date for the ticket is being set for the date the ticket is submitted.
Where is this being set? I can not find it. I want the due date to be set to null.
