Hello!During a time I try to find the "CC" possibility (remote SMTP or local Sendmail).  The main point is: end customer (TO:)  and all Collaborators (CC) should receive response from ticket system with all destination addresses. Just, any of them can push 'Reply to all' button in any mail client and reply to all persons.        As I see 'collaborator' receives email separately to him without 'CC'.   Can we do via OsTicket such thing for each collaborator ?  Thanks in advance.
